Erma sitting in front lawn of
Tippetts home in Lovell, Wyoming
Free at last!! Erma is no longer bound to a body that refused to do her bidding. A victim of Muscular Dystrophy from her early years, she now is living her dream of walking, running, and dancing in the meadows of heaven.
She was born May 12, 1919 to William Arthur and Ariadne May Tippetts, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her devoted husband, Heber Simmons Robb, who tenderly cared for her during their 46 years of marriage. A prince of a man, indeed!! She passed away March 25, 1993 in Desert Hospital, Palm Springs, California.
Born of a family of 13 children, she leaves behind her the following brothers: Clifford, Blake, Wayne, LaVere, Wilbur, and Lynn. Two sisters, May and June, also survive. Three sisters, Gwen, Enid, and Marie; and one brother, Verl preceded her in death.
Erma's was a radiant spirit, full of joy, despite the frailty of her body. Those who came to comfort her left being comforted themselves. Heaven has become a brighter place because of her presence there.
We will honor her memory on Wednesday, March 31, 11 a.m. at the Wing Mortuary, 118 E. Main, Lehi, Utah. There will be a viewing Tuesday evening from 7-8:30 p.m. and for one hour prior to services Wednesday. Interment will be in the Timpanogos Memorial Gardens, Provo, Utah.
